A modern company with an old soul
The beginning
848 was built out of ingenuity. It started in my childhood home’s garage in 2016, when I began learning woodworking because I was too broke to buy a skateboard for college. After plenty of fun—and failed—attempts, I eventually learned that it was cheaper to just buy a skateboard.
But that process taught me something more valuable: an appreciation for the patience, time, and skill it takes to learn a trade and truly love it.
I believe—no, I know—that everyone is born with creative energy. 848 exists to help ignite that spark through purposeful design, time-tested construction methods, and quality materials. Whether through woodworking, custom cabinetry, or thoughtful design, 848 is here to bring ingenuity back.

A Little More About Me…
As far back as I can remember, I’ve always loved building things, taking them apart, and finding ways to make them my own. What started as a natural curiosity has grown into a lifelong craft, shaped by years of hands-on experience, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn through trial and error.
For me, woodworking is about more than the finished product. It’s about the process, the details, and the satisfaction of turning an idea into something tangible. I’m proud to bring that mindset to every project, combining creativity, thoughtful design, and quality craftsmanship to create work that’s meant to be used, appreciated, and built to last.
